How long does shipping take? +

We ship all orders from Essex, UK. Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days within the UK. Personalised items may take an extra 1-2 days as they're made just for you.

Are the sisal mats safe for cats? +

Absolutely. Our sisal mats are made from 100% natural sisal fibre. Completely safe for scratching, playing, and the occasional dramatic nap. The non-slip backing keeps everything in place.

Can I personalise any product? +

Many products can be personalised. From laser-engraved gifts to embroidered aprons and the Capybara Cat House with a custom name tag. Look for the “Personalised” tag on product pages.

How does the custom pet song work? +

Tell us a little about your pet: their name, personality, and the wonderfully specific habits that make them them. We’ll turn those details into a little original song inspired by your pet. This is our Mini Pet Song. A short, sweet musical keepsake that celebrates the tiny quirks that make your pet unforgettable. Perfect for birthdays, memorials, gotcha days, or simply because they rule the house. Once it’s ready, we’ll send the finished song for you to download and keep forever. Fair warning: some pets become slightly smug after receiving their own theme song. 🎵 Delivery time: usually within 1–3 working days.

We want you (and your pets) to be thrilled! Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days. Personalised products are made-to-order so can't be returned unless faulty. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
